Because our products are digital downloads, this policy does not affect any consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region. All purchases are delivered instantly after payment. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Digital Products

All products sold by Kids Learning World are digital PDF files. No physical items are shipped.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not available for digital products because they cannot be returned after they have been downloaded.

However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. We may provide a refund or replacement if:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You received the wrong digital product.
Your files are corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
There is a verified technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase.
